Kakra is the current oner governor of Kha City. She is a diurnal glowan fairly new to running a city of Kha's size, and she's not doing that great of a job. Her disposition doesn't exactly help either; she's got a thorny personality and a strong need to be in control, and is pretty much allergic to asking for assistance.
DESIGN NOTES:
- long lock of fur right at the midpoint of her tail, kept in an ornamental little ponytail with a silver cuff
- second silver band right at the end near her orb
