Ienia

Ienia is the newly-minted governor of a large glowan city. After taking over from her far more lenient predecessor, she spent her passes in training running the city with an iron fist; by the time she took over as regular governor, everyone knew better than to step out of line and the city practically ran itself, so she's been able to kick back and relax. Upon entering her universe's session, she tries the same approach with her teammates -- including Kiran, a young zero-pupil who Ienia can tell doesn't know how to stand up for herself. Due to complications with the session, some glowans also gain powers in the time leading up to the world's destruction; though glowans with low pupil numbers are the least likely to gain these, Ienia somehow manages to get a power anyway -- an unnatural power of persuasion and suggestion.
