Backstory: Flame was born in Mosses Group to Feather and Stone soon after the repairs from the huge flood were finished. Although Feather was a caring mother, she hardly had time to be with Flame because of her needy partner, Stone. To make up for her absence, he often ended up hanging out with his mother's friend's daughter Twig. One day, they snuck away from their home and met an old dying cat named Kat who had the ability to create a force field (callback to an OC I made in third grade haha). She deemed him worthy and gifted him her power so she could pass on peacefully. However, he had to keep this power a secret because the others in the group would fear him for being something they don't understand. His mother died when Dusk first attacked the group, but Dusk was forced to retreat before he could finish off Twig. This resulted in both Dusk and Stone holding a grudge against Twig and her family, Dusk for failing to kill her and Stone because he blamed her for Feather’s death. When they grew up, he and Twig had three children, Mud, the shy runt who inherited his power, Bracken, the curious and feisty boy, and Pepper, the sassy bully. When the kids were still very young, Stone acted on his grudge by kidnapping them and holding them hostage over a rushing river. Flame managed to save them by using his power, and Twig pushed him into the river when he threatened to tell the others. During one of Dusk's army's attacks, he finally had to use his power in front of his people. After the battle, despite his heroic actions, the group decided to exile him. Twig demanded to join him in exile and they left their children in the group in the care of their good friends, Sunraze and Clover, who were unable to have children. They survived in exile in harsh conditions for only a few days, weak and weary, when they came across Dusk getting ready for his final attack. They met their ends alongside each other at the claws of Dusk himself. After Dusk set out on the attack and lost, the group learned of Twig and Flame’s death and began to regret their exile and respect them for their sacrifices and power. https://time.graphics/line/251284 < Timeline

Extra Info: Has the ability to make a small, temporary forcefield around himself, a weaker version of the original power that Kat had, which could be huge, made her invulnerable, and could last much longer. He can use it to shield himself and others or push things
