Siku Orson (Page a WIP)
Siku Orson (シク・オーソン Shiku ōson), also known as Pola, the Bear Hero (ポーラー ベア ヒーロー Pōrā bea hīrō), is a Pro Hero working in America. AppearanceSiku is a young woman with a plump build and overall muscular physique. She has a similar body type to shot-put players with some fat all around due to her quirk. She has dark brown hair that is fluffy and curls just below her chin and fringe that reaches to the tops of her ears. She has brown eyes with white pupils. She has polar bear ears, tail, and paws for hands and feet. Hero costume varies based on season. Her winter costume consists of a traditional, white Inuit parka-jacket that's longer in the front and back and traditional Inuit pants that cut off at the ankle. Her summer costume is similar, but tailored to be shorter in length and thinner in manufacturing. For support items, she keeps simple capture items in her pockets as well as hand warmers for the coldest of months. PersonalitySiku is more or less extroverted and very passionate about protecting others. She often puts herself in between most arguments to diffuse the situation and defend those being bullied. She has a very strong disposition. She is a natural multitasker, able to talk and commit to everything fairly equally, and tends to dive headfirst into situations while asking questions. Despite being able to juggle things fairly well, she tends to take on a lot all at once and gets overwhelmed when the tasks stack too high and she doesn't notice. She is the daughter of a well known (now retired) Pro Hero in America, so she strives to fulfill her mother's shoes and go beyond her boundaries. She is quick on her feet in thinking and in fighting, being fairly adept in Melee combat, but is also well versed in Rescue work. Quirk and AbilitiesOverall Abilities: Siku is a very capable individual, possessing impressive formidability due to her mother's Hero work and lifestyle. Her greatest ability prior to becoming a Pro Hero was her unbridled passion to protect those around her. Despite her quirk, she is very well built and muscular from everyday weight training and lifting in order to better herself in the field. She makes sure to subdue targets as quickly as possible with her quirk and martial arts training. In combat, Siku frequently acts as a human shield for her allies. Should she find herself against an enemy that is able to bypass her strength and defenses, Siku utilizes her mutation quirk to quickly counterattack powered by her animalistic instincts. She is also well trained in wrestling and hand-to-hand combat, specifically Okichitaw (Miche che Kiske).
Indomitable Will: Siku possesses a selfless, heroic spirit. She has a very strong resolve that rubs off on others, as she believes it is her duty to fight back against criminals who threaten innocent people. She also has a die-hard desire to protect her colleagues and heroes she's working alongside in the field. Her fighting spirit pushes her far to endure blows from adversaries, no matter the risk to herself being harmed. If she can't put her life on the line in the field, then her Quirk and purpose is going to waste. She rarely, if ever, backs down when against foes. Keen Intellect: Siku was one of the top students in her grade in high school, not just in hero work but in academics too. She frequently proved her tremendous prowess in and outside of school through internships and thoughtful volunteering. She is able to think quick on her feet, having strong strategies and tactics that she derives from the present situation and past experiences. She can easily read situations and analyze enemy techniques, allowing her to subdue them based on their weaknesses and method loop-holes to easily secure her victory.
QuirkPolar Bear (シロクマ Shirokuma): Siku's Quirk gives her a polar bear's physiology and allows her to do anything a polar bear can, giving her abilities such as:
Since she is polar bear-like, when she is exposed to warm temperatures for too long she slows down and unable to function. She is prone to heat stroke in warmer weather. As part of her every day training, Siku works out all the muscles in her body to build a stronger build to maintain and fuel her Quirk. She sometimes goes into hibernation after eating a large meal or when her energy is incredibly low. Super MovesBear Hug (クマの抱擁 Kuma no hōyō): Siku embraces a foe tight in her grasp, similar to a hug, which is strong enough to knock some people out. It also doubles as a restraint for slippery enemies. Pola Punch (ポラパンチ Porapanchi): Siku focuses all of her energy into one single punch that can knock out enemies. Pola Roar (ポラ轟音 Pora gōon) Siku belts out a loud roar that can blast foes back as well as scare them away. She often uses this when overwhelmed with attacks or to protect others. Pola Rage (ポラ怒り Pora ikari) Siku delves into her animalistic instincts as an extreme power boost when fighting enemies. The longer she is in this state, the more wild and reckless she becomes. Stats EquipmentHand and Feet Warmers: Despite being cold resistant, she's not cold proof, so she keeps a couple of hand and feet warmers when working in extreme cold environments.
