What happens when an animal falls into the backrooms? Perhaps a stray, or your own lovely pet? What if they make it through those endless hallways, miles and miles, level after level, walking, running, swimming... only to finally end up succumbing to that liminal loneliness 239 levels down? Maybe that's it, they fade into obscurity, to be forgotten, or perhaps- they instead change, into these things we know as entities, corrupted and doomed to patrol the level they lost on. Helping, watching, or hunting, it might be best to stay away. 

Welcome to the infinite arcade backrooms, Level 239.

Find your way through the painfully dim maze of broken arcade machines, through endless expanses of grimy arcade flooring, through shattered piles of distorted nostalgia- surrounded by the omnicent hum of neon lights and those distant sounds of button pressing and joysticks moving. You won't be alone down here, for the entity that appears down here uses their arcade-patterned fur to camouflage through the level, seemingly walking through walls and swmming through carpet, their glowing stars a weak beacon of their presence. Be careful, for they will make arcade sounds to catch your attention. Ignore those pews and pows, and if you come face to face- Don't look. Don't get too close... Run.
