Caelus (Sona Version)

-My sona!
-She/her/they
-3ft tall
-An entity of the sky
-Thousands of years old
-Made purely of oxygen and sometimes containing clouds. No bones even though she has a humanoid structure
-Has control over the direction and strength of the wind in the area
-The sky is her home and and lives within the clouds. On rare occasions she goes to the ground. 
-She often hides in clouds to watch/stalk people down below. 
-If she finds someone interesting she'll get the urge to interact with them, but due to anxiety she will keep her distance for a while before finally deciding to approach them
-Happy and cheerful to pretty much anyone, although when she gets mad, expect a tornado headed in your direction
