The two have gone through a lot together- from miscommunications and fearing about the future. Ain after learning about his birth couldn't bring himself to remind his father of painful memories and does his best to avoid ways he could remind Athan of him. For the sake of his father, Ain had even refused to smile as he once did- fearing his smile is that of Val's. Even so, Ain visits Athan as often as possible to ensure he doesn't feel lonely and loves his father very much. Currently, Ain feels guilt for leaving his father to take care of other business, but writes very often. Even while he is away from his father, he keeps him in his thoughts and assures himself he can one day walk outside with him. Ain has slowly begun depending more on his father emotionally, expressing his fears and doubts and was surprised to be comforted. Ain is reassured of Athan's love for him and can't help but smile while speaking with him nowadays.

After finally meeting his other parent, Ain has never felt such a strong desire to kill someone than he has with Val. Seeing his face up close, his fears of looking similar to the man were confirmed, even if Val expressed how similar he were to Athan. Ain is sure that he cannot kill Val alone, and even if he wished to kill him with his own hands- he is aware he will not be strong enough to without killing himself in the process. However, with each day he is more tempted to throw everything aside to do it.

Another boy he met within the embassy who he became quick friends with. This friendship carried into their adult lives and they now work together in the embassy. Ain cannot currently search more for his missing friend, but he is certain he's still alive. Believes 'Alan' is strong enough to keep himself alive, even if he does not want to be found by even Ain. He wishes him happiness for the time being.

During his encounter with Val, Ain was saved from being killed by another witch. He can't understand her reasons, but for the sake of becoming even- he has decided not to kill her yet. He is keeping her a secret from the embassy, just because she could be helpful with further encounters with Val- as she didn't want for Ain to die just yet.

Both Ain and Luciel shared their deepest secrets with one another, and in return they share a bond of friendship, coming from understanding. Ain trusts Luciel and enjoys speaking with him when able- from time to time visiting to check how he and his daughter are doing, or even just to chat. Because of Luciel's bond with his daughter, Ain cannot help but relate him to his own father in some ways- which makes him both endeared to him and slightly jealous they can live in peace. However, he greatly cares for Luciel and has made a promise to protect his happiness.

The two are quite similar in manners, so they got along quite quickly. Ain views Hawa as an innocent child who has done no wrong, therefore there should be no issue with her existing- even if she is a being made from magic, she still has a family and her own sentient thought. As he has not been near many children, even as a child himself, Ain plays with her whenever she asks and does so seriously- announcing himself to be her knight while calling her 'Lady Eve'. He has promised to protect her happiness as well.

While Ain stayed in Angevin, he had come to have a silent mutual agreement with Lysander as protectors of Luciel and Hawa's wellbeing as well as keeping each others secret of being witches. Ain trusts in Lysander's ability to protect the two, if not only because he /is/ a witch. Other than that, Ain has complicated feelings about Lysander, only knowing him as the tyrant king, yet being very surprised by his personality- he has also been given a great deal of advice from the man.

Ain through much trouble and persistance has created a body for the curse upon Mikhael's existance to take refuge in. Through many interactions, Ain had come to the conclusion the man who was said to be Mikhael, was not him at all but a man who had developed his own personality, thoughts, feelings, and morals. In short, he was his own human person. Because of this, Ain set to create a body so that both existances could both live in the same world without either having to die. By doing this, Ain accepted himself as a witch to create a near perfect replica. Due to this, Ain gave Mikelle his new name and they had been bonded since, Ain affectionately calling him by the nickname, 'Mika'. Ain himself felt drawn to Mikelle, since before he took to his new body and even more so after, perhaps due to his greed as a witch. However, Ain believes what he feels is romantic love, as well as a great guilt for chaining Mikelle to himself once again, where he cannot be his own person without Ain. Even so, he wishes for Mikelle's happiness and hopes that he can bring the man peace in his life. More than anything though, he is pleasantly surprised how different Mikhael and Mikelle are, in personality and appearance despite being near perfectly cloned, Ain likes to make mental notes of the differences, and views them as their own beautiful quirks. The two are in a relationship, it is mainly physical, however Ain doesn't mind as long as he can make Mikelle happy.

Ain is certain certain personality quirks of the cursed Mikhael belonged to the Mikhael of now. He had not seen personally how it was when the prince had woken up from his long prison, however when they met again, Ain was very surprised by the change in appearance- yet how familliar the man seemed. He was beautiful, in an entirely different way than Mikelle. While getting closer to Mikhael, even being allowed to stay within the palace in Entorith, Ain couldn't help but notice the differences to Mikelle. How kind he is- despite calling himself selfish, his responsibility, and especially how he interacted with Ain. Ain, who was not used to being treated so kindly by another person, was instantly swept away by the man. Because of his witch magic, which still affected Mikhael if even by a smaller margin than Mikelle, Ain feels drawn to Mikhael and still wishes to keep him protected even if he knows he can handle himself. The more time he spent with Mikhael, Ain came to realise he had fallen for him and in a moment of confidence confessed his love, for while Mikhael was cursed, he grew to love the traits then that belonged to Mikhael personally. The two have a relationship, it is more emotionally involved than with Ain's relationship with Mikelle, which surprises him. Ain takes great care to split his attention properly so neither feels inferior, as he views them as two separate people who he loves greatly.
