Diamond (Neon) is the twin sister of Idol; they have a turbulent relationship (as sisters do, LOL) believing that that no one else knows them as well as eachother. Neon has always had the dream to make it as a ballerina/dancer as shes loved it from when she was a kid, but Idol ended up being the one scouted by a talent agency. Though secretly jealous, neon stayed supportive. Personality wise, neon is very sombre and artistic, loves to perform ballet on her own and sometimes enjoys writing poetry. she is the eldest of the two twins.
As a magical girl, neon can solidify air as her main power. This allows her to 'walk' on air by creating solid mid-air platforms or create air-shields to protect from projectiles. Her special power up is the ability to turn invisible for as long as she is holding her breath. Neons main weapon is a whip (visually appears like a dance ribbon) that she uses similarly to trapeze ropes.

Diamond the Demihuman
Neon is the twin sister of idol, who she feels contstantly outshined by. They are twins with very contrasting personalities who feel very judged by the outside world/their parents etc and so are very heavily dependant on one another.
Neon grew up always wanting to be a dancer, she had a true passion for it and became a ballerina. She LOVES dance. But, because she is a twin, her parents pushed Idol into doing dance as well even though idol didnt really care. Eventually in their early teen years, idol was scouted by a talent agency and became an actual idol; super famous singer and dancer, at first was part of a girl group but now is popular solo. Neon was super proud of idol even though this was neon's dream, she stayed supportive through idols career and even toured with her.
Magic
Neon's magic is similar but different to idol's:
Neon can 'walk' on air (NOT fly) allowing her to run between building roofs or cross rivers, walk upward, walk down safely from great heights etc. Her weapon is extremely strong ribbon and can reach to any length, and she has a lot of skill in the use of it due to her history in dance, she uses it similarly to trapeze ropes. Her ultimate magic power is to add a paralisis to her whip which will numb a target when it breaks skin.
