Shivok

Shivok is a Cofagrigus, born from the spirit of a mysterious Pokemon that held a deep-seated grudge, and now he wanders the world looking for...somebody, but nobody knows a thing about him so no one's quite sure what he's after. He's pretty threatening and scary, but doesn't seem to be actively malicious toward anyone in particular.

He's a Shiny Pokemon, extremely rare color morphs of normal Pokemon. Because Shinies tend to be born rather weak and frail due to abberant genetic makeup, Shivok's physical strength is...nothing to write home about, but he makes up for that with his large, strong shadow arms, which can stretch to nearly triple their resting length and have incredible grip strength. He could easily chuck someone a pretty long distance with those things.

Alongside being Shiny, he also happens to own a shard of Ghostium Z, which he claims was buried with him when he originally died. This stone, charged with powerful Ghost energy, allows him to use the Z-Move Never-Ending Nightmare- dragging his opponents into a deep, unrelenting darkness with his shadow arms.
