Mumblepaw was Brashclaw's Apprentice during the Dark Ages. The young cat was only a few moons into her apprenticeship when she was killed in battle. Having grown up not knowing any better she looked up to the Clan leader, Darkstar, blindly. She despised LakeClan and was always itching for a fight, despite her poor battle skills. Mumblepaw was only put into her final battle due to there being no other Apprentices capable of fighting at that time.

In StarClan Mumblepaw is now aware that her hatred of LakeClan was wrong and unfounded. She even dislikes her former mentor and his actions since she died. For a cat who claims that he wants the best for StoneClan, he sure has a funny way of showing it.
