Design TOS (everything below is stated within this link)

READ THIS! 

Do NOT delete my designs. If you are going to delete your account with any of my designs on it, please just transfer the character to me or someone else. 

Contact me before making merchandise of my designs or distributing artwork of my designs. You can commission art of my designs for yourself and friends, but don't mass-produce my designs. If you have bought one of my designs for real money, you can produce and sell merchandise of it.

Do not sell my designs for money unless you added your own or someone else’s art to the design. 

Do not turn my designs into closed/open/semi-open/etc species without my permission 

If you have received one of my designs for free, you must wait at least two days before trading them. Even so, please don’t just take my free designs or raffles with the intention of trading/selling them as soon as you can. 

People on my in my blacklist or greylist cannot own my designs if it says they cannot. Please do not trade my characters to them.

Please do not delete my artwork off my designs, you can make a separate tab or put the artwork on hidden or authorized only if you don’t want people to see it. 

If you want to co-own my design, please do not make multiple profiles. 

Do not remove my credits for the design or art. Only add yourself as a designer if you’ve significantly redesigned the character design, but still, do not remove me from credits.

You can give any of my designs for free to anyone at any time, unless they are in my blacklist or greylist and it states that they cannot have my designs. 

You can redesign the character in any way. 

Feel free to edit the artwork I’ve made of the design, but credit DizzyLime too 

If someone is using my designs to support problematic content (pr0sh!pping, z00philia, p3dophilia, homophobia, racism, SA, etc) I will blacklist them, and likely make a callout. I do not want to be blamed for anything problematic that happens with my characters out of my hands. I will not tolerate it. If you wish to approach controversial topics by using my designs, please do not romanticize them and act responsibly and respectfully.

If you break these rules, I will do what I feel is necessary. I will NOT revoke your character, but that does not mean you will not be met with any punishment.

Thank you for reading this! Not complying with these rules may result in being given a warning, or being greylisted or blacklisted depending on the severity.

Feel free to ask me to do anything in the above, but doing so without contacting me first and getting my permission will result in punishment.
