basically anyone here can own my designs and use my bases/resources unless i say otherwise but i don't really want them interacting with me (depends on the person)
some things here can maybe be a misunderstanding and i can maybe remove people from here if they give a valid reason

Reason: Hosted a raffle where people did tasks to get entries yet privated the raffle and did not give any prizes out, still hasn’t given anyone any art from this raffle for over 9 months, myself included. I reached out again but they have not responded.
Limitations: Cannot enter if I have any raffles/freebies
How this user can get off this list: At least an explanation to raffle winners or give out artwork as promised
Proof: (This link doesn't work.) The link used to work even after they deleted the raffle ad, I don't know why it's not working now.
