I do not have a TOS regarding my art nor do I have a blacklist. So here's some general info:

• You can edit/post my art as you please, seriously, I'm not protective of it. Everything from filters/cropping to minor edits or color changes, to straight up tracing or redraws by yourself or other artists. It's all cool with me as long as you are the current owner of the art.
• Please credit me/any appropriate parties, regardless of edits/posting. Use common sense please, don't take credit for my work.
• You are allowed to factor in the worth of my art to a character's worth. I actively encourage it as I don't take commissions but I still put immense labor into all pieces, regardless of what I get/don't get in return. I usually provide a 'receipt' when I complete a piece, if you don't have one and I've made art for you before, let me know and I'll provide you with one.
• I'll still use any art I make as examples of my work freely across my website/social medias/accounts.
• Please ask before redistributing/replicating my work for profit (aka commercial use). This includes making bases out of my art, selling posters of it, etc. I'll usually happily provide commercial rights if discussed first!
