About
Gloopy is a very cheerful pokmeon! They are rarely seen without a smile on their face, usually blissfully unaware of what's going on around them. They have a very child like personality, being curious about it's surroundings and sometimes doing things they shouldn't, such as eating inedible stuff like paint. They seem to enjoy almost everything, and has no qualms against humans or certain pokemon. However, it avoids darker environments, and also seems to prefer staying away from combat.
They are unable to speak, commonly communicating through noises. It can repeat the cries of almost any pokemon, but can't actually say words. It usually makes motions or sounds to communicate, but can also write if needed. It prefers not making sounds at all, though, beyond small, quiet noises.
