Splattered Yolk is the quirky and out-of-the-box thinker of the village-renowned restaurant, Egg House! He cooks the majority of the meals, handles taxes, and still makes time to see his favorite customers! (Don't tell him that the government collapsed moons ago and his taxes don't go anywhere useful-)
Yolk is a happy-go-lucky and precarious feline who always loves making cats smile and laugh! It's practically his side job, to be honest.
PERSONALITY
Filled to the brim with bright yellow happiness and joy, Yolk is always the bright light in any room, whether it be his restaurant, or the Principality's battle-planning room! He strives to bring joy to every cat he meets, and gets a tad annoyed when the other feline simply refuses to be happy. He must force it on them.
But anyway, Splattered Yolk works closely with his employees to ensure a positive experience in the Egg House and a great overall work environment. The villagers love going to the 'House to celebrate birthdays, victories, and traditional Ophigaric holidays.
Backstory
For the most part, Yolk's kithood was happy and sunny. He lived in a rural part of Ophigar, mostly out of the fighting, and after the fall, his family moved to his current residence.
Splattered Yolk's mother was most prominent in his life, as she was the only productive provider for the large family. As a result, Yolk grew up in an environment that wasted nothing, cherished food, and ate a lot of cheap eggs. He was inspired to create his own restaurant and provide for those who couldn't otherwise. His mother, always super supportive of her son, sadly never got to see the Egg House's grand opening, but Yolk tries his best to honor her memory every day.
Entrepreneurship
Starting a business is tough, especially in a small town in an unstable kingdom! But no worries, Splattered Yolk has got it all under control! After all, how hard can it really be? It's not like there are monarchs he needs to pay taxes to...but just incase, Yolk should probably still pay taxes...Right? And not to mention the horrid supply chain issues! It takes moons just for some grains to arrive! But no matter, he'll figure it out eventually...Maybe.

Flickering Harvest and Splattered Yolk couldn't be more opposing. Flicker is shy and hates social interactions, while Yolk craves the joy of others. The only reason they interact is for Yolk to buy bread and baked goods from Flicker.
