A slippery son of a gun, real hard to pin down! Enjoys being on his lonesome and taking in the sights. When in doubt, check the local aquarium; it's more than likely he's sitting peacefully somewhere nearby.

When you do find him, he's got a good sense of humor and an electrifying personality. And electric powers too, though, he isn't too good at controlling them...perhaps that's why he likes to be alone?
