Growing up in Napoli, Italy, Roxanne was raised to foster an appreciation for the creative and the musical. From a budding age, she grew attached to the guitar, allotting her a respectable, new talent that she would hone in and practice for endless hours. As she got older, this guitar seemed to become almost a part of her. She bonded to it, ultimately assimilating said object into the partial form of her Stand. In utilizing this, Roxanne was able to call upon The Police, her humanoid Stand that would allow her to transport and travel to various time periods.

Each chord represented a different century, decade, and singular year. If played at random, her and whoever had physical contact with her body, would be sent back to another time, another era. Once the journey was finished, however, they would be tasked with finding relatives, ancestors, of Roxanne's and locating an important heirloom that belonged to them. In placing her hand upon said object, Roxanne would be sent back to her time, her century.

Entering adulthood, Roxanne joined an all-woman band called Allegretti. They lasted about four years with Roxanne taking the role of lead guitarist and singer, before she then broke off and started her solo career. She played power anthem rock, music that invigorated the soul, that brought crowds to her forefront, calling out the lyrics of her beloved songs and bonding through soulful engagement.

That was what Roxanne lived for.
