When they first met, none of them thought where this could lead to. But still, there was something between these two. Since the Civil Corps and Aurora as a Builder work very close with the Mayor of Portia together, they have seen each other almost daily. She became shyer around him with every time, especially when he started to chat with her more often. For some reason she was very worried to say something stupid when he was around.

They became close friends over time. Both already knew they felt more than friendship - but does the other one really felt the same? Sure, they shared little kisses here and there by now already.. But still, without the traditional Heart Knot - which is the way to confess ones love to someone in Portia - they weren't an official couple, even though it should have been actually obvious for both of them, that there were deeper feelings involved on both sides. There was no day of them not flirting with each other.

One day, Aurora could not stand this anymore. She wanted to be with him so badly, be his girl officially. Even though she was still incredible scared of a negative response and worried a lot. What if she just misinterpreted all this. What if he just wanted to flirt and nothing serious. Despite all these doubts, she bought a Heart Knot.
She took all her courage she could find inside of her and... She could not do it. As soon as he stood in front of her, smiling and with these sparkles in his eyes, her knees got weak. She carried the Heart Knot for several days. Until one day, he had a special gift for her. A heart knot! She could not believe it. Of course she accepted it but also revealed to carry one for him for days by now but could not gather the courage to give it to him. He then laughed softly. He knew she could look after herself and beat monsters that lurk outside of portia, but when she was with him, she was like a shy deer. It delighted him and gave him a strong urge to protect her.

They then started a very happy relationship. Sometimes he stayed over night at her home, and sometimes she stayed in his room at the headquarters of the civil corps. They did a lot cute "couple things" together, but also helped each other at their work.

Many seasons passed like that. Arlo always remembered how they both had gathered the courage on the same day to gift the other one a Heart Knot. A Symbol of love and affection, a symbol of the wish to be with the other one. Now it was his turn to do the next big step, before she would get the idea of it. And so, when they been on a romantic date, he asked for her hand in marriage with a beautiful wedding ring. Her answer was nothing less than an impulsive hug, a kiss, and a 'yes'. And with that, Portia had a new happily married couple in town. He then moved in to her home fully, and both started to share their life in good and bad times ever since

A few years later they will have kids; two sons. Their firstborn's name is Alex, and his brother will be known as Ace. Alex follows the same interests as his father Arlo. He wants to become a member of the Civil Corps in Portia first, and then aiming to join the Flying Pigs Guild - A dream that Arlo ones had, but given up to stay with Aurora.

• They love to go on adventures together.
• They love to go for a ride on their horses (either both on one or everyone on their own horse)
• ..If everyone on their own horse, it can lead to playful races.
• Both love to display their affection in public - him especially.
• Whenever one of them says "I love you", the other one will reply "I love you more" - it often leads into a playful argument.
• He tends to give her little kisses and smooches at any time and any place.
• Holding hands with him and being close to him always gives her butterflies.
• As much as they both enjoy and love to cuddle, Aurora is definitely the most cuddle-needy of them.
• Since Aurora represents the night and Arlo the day, they are seen as the sun and moon couple. This is also why their kids represent sunset and sunrise.
• Every day around lunch time, she visits him at work to bring him snacks, something to drink or a treat. Her visit always brighten up his day. He rewards her with caresses and kisses, and sometimes he brings her a treat from the bakery or Alice' Flowershop after work too.
• They sometimes do training together - he always goes easy on her, especially since he does not want to accidentally hurt her. Still though, he always enjoys her as his sparring partner.
• They like to tease each other in a loving way.
• Aurora named the plane she build "Arlora". They do their travels/holidays with it.
