Thunderwater was a RiverClan warrior, the kit of Dipfoot and Shallowpool. He was mentored by Duckwing and earned his warrior name, Thunderwater. He fought in the battle against Deserve's Army.
He was killed by Wolf in a border incident and ascended to StarClan.
Thunderwater is a dark gray and black classic tabby tom with dark blue eyes.

Dipfoot is Thunderwater's father. He was delighted and proud of all of his kits from the moment they were born, and protected them fiercely when Bone Shred's rogues tried to attack the nursery.
Shallowpool is Thunderwater's mother. She loved her kits from the moment they were born, and protected them fiercely when Bone Shred's rogues tried to attack the nursery.
Coralshine is Thunderwater's older half sister. He never had any relationship with her.
Perchstripe is Thunderwater's older half brother. He never had any relationship with him.

Kithood
Thunderkit was born in RiverClan alongside his siblings, Eelkit and Ruskakit. His parents, Dipfoot and Shallowpool, were delighted and proud, and named their kits together. (Beyond the River, chapter 14)
When Bone Shred's rogues attack the RiverClan camp, Thunderkit and his siblings are in the nursery with Shallowpool. Dipfoot defends the nursery fiercely against Oil Tail and Glass Face. Shorestep insists on taking on the two rogues, ordering Dipfoot to get Shallowpool and the kits to safety. Dipfoot, Shallowpool, and the kits sneak out of the camp. Shorestep dies fighting the rogues. When they return to camp, Shallowpool quickly guides the kits into the nursery to keep them from seeing the body. (Beyond the River, chapter 23)
Apprentice
Days after the battle at the gathering, Thunderpaw and his siblings begin their training. He is mentored by Duckwing. (Beyond the River, chapter 26)
Warrior
Following Bone Shred's defeat, Thunderpaw earns his warrior name, Thunderwater. He fights in the battle against Deserve's Army. (Starfaith's Fate, allegiances)
Thunderwater attacks and pins Kit upon him trespassing on RiverClan territory. Ivy knocks him away from Kit, and Dovewhisper and Darkminnow soon join them. When Thunderwater pins Ivy, Wolf panics and lunges for her attacker, burying his teeth into the side of Thunderwater's neck. Thunderwater screeches and struggles, and after Ivy rips Wolf away, Thunderwater collapses. (Winds of Darkness, chapter 12)
Dovewhisper presses her paws to Thunderwater's wound and sends Darkminnow to get Sagefern, but it's too late, and Thunderwater dies. (Winds of Darkness, chapter 12)
