Tanzanite .
Tanzanite lives in SU-2015, a dimension set in the world of Steven Universe.Â
The fusion of Hemimorphite and Purple Fluorite she represents their chaotic friendship. She's bubbly and excitable but also cold and calculated, acting like a magician; one that never reveals their secrets. Since Homeworld couldn't control the two of them anymore and they grew to be close friends, Tanzanite just kind of... happened. Not fully aware of who she was, she sought an answer in her instincts, which told her to be flamboyant and most of all to just have fun - as long as she can be careful about it.
Fun facts:Â
- Her favourite colour is violet.
- She is ambidextrous due to Purple Fluorite being right-handed and Hemi being left-handed.
- Her weapon is a bladed pinwheel; a mixture of Fluorite's wand and Hemi's bladed fan. It's... pretty big and swirly if not elegant.
- She had a terrible design in 2016 which I seemingly made a cohesive version of in 2017.
- I drew her again mostly because I bought an adopt Tanzanite and that ignited my passion to draw both gems' references in one sitting. It was pretty fun!
- I don't usually do hair like that and was inspired by a commission to make individual chunks of hair like that hehe-
