Q: "Ohh, I see you like stuffed animals! About how many do you have? Could ya pick a favorite or would that not be an easy decision?? How about telling me the story behind a specific one?"

"I indeed do, although I tend to keep a rather low profile about it! After all, I have a professional image to keep, haha! I lost the count after 20, and I usually always get a couple more after ever new performance, and really don't want to part with them so I just... keep them. I tend to switch around those that are on my bed though, so those that don't fit will wait in the closet until I switch them around; I find it a fun way to change the look of the room without actually doing anything big and drastic.

My favourite one though... I guess I do have one, and I might as well tell the story behind it, because it's one that truly moved me back in the days. See, when I was still practically living on the streets there were a lot of youngsters from bad homes flocking to us - some very young, far too young to be spending their nights on the streets. There was this one girl in particular, around 12 of age, whose parents used to sometimes lock her out when they were drinking and hushed their daughter to go buy them snacks, only to forget her outside while being out cold themselves. She had this small, pink unicorn plushie she used to keep with her as a comfort item of sort, something she got from her parents when things were still alright at her home, and well...

Her folks had hit her with a beer bottle and she got shards all over her arms, and so I took her to a doctor I was familiar with. Things happened, the girl was taken away from her abusive parents and she got a very loving foster home to move on to. On her last day of the city before moving out, she came to me and gave that worn out unicorn plushie to me. She told me she no longer needs it to protect her, but she wants me to have it so I'll always be safe. I was much older than her and more than capable of taking care of myself, yet the concern of that little girl was so great she was willing to part with her dearest friend, and I had no heart to deny what must have been an important decision for her to move on with her life.

And, so, that's how I got my first stuffed animal. It's my oldest and most beloved possession."
