About
Howler is a RainWing who usually potrays the stereotypical laid back and passive nature of his tribe. Usually, he doesn't do much outside what he has to and spends a lot of them lounging or sunning himself. All in all, Howler seems like a pretty chill dragon.
But there's a reason why Howler is named after the infamous howler monkies, because ask for it, and Howler will be LOUD. Howler can and will break the laid back image of his quiet and laid back self. But it's honestly so much work to be loud...
Backstory
When Howler hatched from his egg, dragons swear the whole Kingdom had heard him because of how loud he had "howled" after he hatched, which made dragons come to pick him up almost immediately after he hatched. This granted him the name Howler Monkey, a name that he proves to be suitable as a younger dragonet. Though presumably from the laid back nature of his surroundings, Howler eventually mellowed out, and has (thankfully) quieted down as he nears his coming of age. He hasn't quite forgotten how to howl and scream though.
Relationships
Python
Python was a dragonet who had hatched on the same day as Howler. Python clearly remembers how loud Howler was, while the latter only vaguely remembers howling as soon as he hatched. Python is quiet, much like Howler, which makes it no surprise that they tend to hang out with each other a lot.
Seaglass
Howler gets along well with Seaglass, his wingmate and clawmate, he doesn't mind her quiet nature and is satisfied to simply hang out in her calm presence. He had encouraged her to sunbathe, using a SeaWing who lived in his kingdom as an example of the benefits, and would chat with her during these times.
