Full name Timothy Hackney. A member of the Mustelidae royal guard, usually stationed on trade ships to prevent pirates from attacking the vessels. An otter with short brown fur and blue eyes. He/him.
He is Andy’s older brother, and is partially at fault for the occurrence of his namesake injury. He was taken as a prisoner by the captain of the Red Rift (the one before Marina), and was killed within a few days of his capture.
