Welcome to the stage, Sabishi Utsubyo an extremely talented ventriloquist.

Sabishi is a 17 year old showstealer, starting her act at the mere age of 1 when she played with dolls and saying things oddly a lot as a hobby, including talking over distant conversations, in which she quickly became talented at the age of 8. She's always very very tired and childish, but she is surprisingly mature when need be. She is usually lonely, and the majority of her friends are her puppets, which are usually her imaginary friends that she decides to turn into reality. Along with her main talent, she can make puppets very well, sing pretty decently, and can make her voice sound like its coming from a different side of the room, somehow. Her main puppet, "Tenshi", (Angel) a winged fluffy fun-loving goat and fennec fox hybrid. Tenshi always feels excessively real to those who hear her voice or see her movements. (i'm not sure whether she's just a doll or a robot that can't talk yet) Most likely the Himiko of the game.

If she were a murderer, she'd be chapter 2 or 4's murderer. If she were a victim she'd be chapter 3 or 4's victim. Although, she most likely survives. She is like the Himiko or Chiaki of the group. Sleepy, cute, and generally good to be around. If she did have an execution, She'd be controlled by the puppetmaster Monokuma, who would ask the audience if they were bored; They say yes, and he asks if they want to see Sabishi suffer instead of the boring things she's doing to entertain the audience. Monokuma makes her go through obstacles and generally suffer. She reaches the end, and right when she's about to make it, she gets hit by rocks and dies. Its sort of a mix of 3 other executions I won't say due to spoilers.

Sabishi really likes Tenshi now, but it never used to be that way. She actually made Tenshi much later on, and didn't like their design and kept on rapidly changing it, and didn't expect Tenshi to be the most widely liked one. Something about it's personality and the cute but simple way it looked and how it is the only puppet of Sabishi's to be a fusion of two animals probably helped in that.
