Flirtatious . Trickster . Cunning

The huldra is an ancient forest creature of norse mythos. Usually taking form of a beautiful woman with a hollow back, they will lure men into the woods and seduce them into a type of servitude in exchange for good hunting fortune. Their forms and prey may have changed over the years - just as the world has - but they remain a frightening force that is not to be trifled with. Now, imagine if this being were to mix with the genes of a werewolf.

As dangerous as they are alluring, the hulderwolf lurks near the entrance of old forests, brushing their luscious hair with their claws and humming sweet melodies - usually something familiar to whoever might hear. Should any poor soul take the bait, the hulderwolf will curl a seductive finger as if to say come hither, and lead their prey inbetween the trees to become their next meal. It isn't typical for a huldra to feast on the flesh of their targets. However, they'd once made the foolish mistake of trying to seduce a werewolf and paid dearly by receiving a monstrous bite, and an even more monstrous hunger.

A painful experience, certainly. Though they'd be lying if they said that this newfound power wasn't thrilling. There's nothing quite like the rush one gets from pulling humans into the dark, only to turn and face them with a long snout full of dripping fangs.

Additional Flavor:
- Not quite a shapeshifter in humanoid form, but they have the power to appear as the ideal type of whoever is looking at them. It works like a skin, or a mirage.
- Sleeps in abandoned burrows or high up in trees.
- Will eat just about anyone, but draws the line at pets and smaller animals.
- The werewolf who bit them visits from time to time. They're not friends by any means, but there is a quiet, mutual respect there. Enough to let the werewolf quietly pass through the huldra's territory.
- Their eyes not only glow in the dark, they also have a third eyelid.
- Excellent at mimicking different bird cries.
