Lei is considered to be an odd Cupitea, for she holds herself to the prestige of the tea she was born of. Her tea, Iron Goddess Of Mercy Oolong, was actually, made by the real Iron Goddess of Mercy. In thus, she strives to be just like her. 

She doesn't realize she is perfect as she is. Despite her pride, she is extremely loyal, and would never desert her friends and those whom she holds dear. She would do anything to save those who matter to her. She would even move the world for them, just to save them and bring them home safe. She defines herself on her countability.

She is also very short, standing only at 4"11, and is very sensitive to it, to the point she even has a height complex. She often loses her cool if someone calls her short, even going as far as to lash at them- physically and verbally.

Another strange trait she has is the fact she often times doesn't sleep around to "eat" like most Cupiteas. She is reserving herself for her "special someone", and only takes when she absolutely has to and is often times hungry.
