ABOUT
"The word can become flesh"
She is beauty, she is grace, she will put you in the grave.
The elegant, victorian housewife faitfhul and obedient to her husband. Calm, quiet and pretty. She doesn't talk when not refered to and doesn't leave without her husband. At least it's how society sees her. She hates that women are treated as an addition to their husbans. The pretty accessory without ability to learn and work. However she tries to mask in this society even if she's way different than she has to be. Happily married to a man who let her speak for herself, learn, help him at work and even be the head of the family. Unfortunately only behind the closed door of their house. She got used to this circumstances especially with their dark, dealdy secret. As an introverted planner she prefers to stay indoors, as a murderer she prefers to stay out of the spotlight. She is the one who plans murders and bury the bodies in their own cementery behind their house. She treats it as a hobby. Her less bloody hobby is crafting. She is able to make little fixes in house and she's also very keen on ceramics and cello playing.

Story
Childhood
She was born in unwealthy, disfunctional family. From the begining she was meant to get married and serve her husband well. Her parents wanted her and her sister to marry a wealthy man to take advantages of it. They both were just a money-making machines. They literally sold her sister to a wealthy old creep when she was 10. But she was 'reserved' by him for some money. Disgusting. Loraine was aware it's not so uncommon in society which disgusted her even more. She wasn't so obedient as her sister what resulted in heavy punishments, physical mostly but also she was ridiculed by walking in her underwear through the city. She heard so many horrible comments from men then. Same words were told by her brother, who was their parents' favorite child, of course because he was a male and he was in control. He beated her and her sister just like their father, who said that's their fault they live in poverty, because they both could born as men and work on themselves. Their mother had an idea that both Lori and her sister should use their bodies to work. Loraine didn't let them force her into prostitution, unfortunately her sister of course obeyed them. She was so stupid and pitiful. That was the reason she murdered her mother with a cold blood. At age of 15 Lorain's father got really sick and was in worse and worse condition every year. Unfortunately her older brother was in charge and became the head of their family what resulted in even more abuse. He ate the fine food, he bought himself fashion clothes and left nothing for his sisters. He made fun of Loraine because she had a dream to be educated, he stole her books and burned them. In revange, Loraine burned the whole house with her brother, sick father and unfornutately her sister inside. That's why she became homeless.
While living on a streets she practiced stealing. She tried to avoid victims but sometimes it was impossible. That was also the time she learned how to bury bodies. She's still fascinated with that. She loved to spent time on graveyards, she also slept in there. Cold tombs and dead bodies was better comrades than her own family. At some point she met Edmund. He seemed to be her another victim, deadly or not. He was very charming and she wanted to seduce him and flirted with him, of course her goal was to rob him and murder if necessary.
It turned out they have way much more in common than she expected....
The present
Happily married to Edmund, mother of two wonderful children, wealthy and still beautiful. Is there more she could dream of? Edmund let her educate and do what women can't do on daily basis. She wrapped him around her finger and he is completly aware of that, he still let her lead. He and their children are only living people she is capable to bestow affection. To others Loraine seems cold and very serious. Sure she is but she can play a role if she needs to. Because she didn't abandon the path of the murder. Now she even has a great partner in crime, her own husband. Of course Edmund is the one who 'does the talking' because as a man, he is more in charge and have way more options and privillages, however Loraine's manipulative abilities let her make people do what she wants without their awareness. She rather prefers to plan everything and make sure every detail of murder is well planned. Her life was always such a mess now she wants stability and that's why she's so obsessed with schedules, plans and details not only in a crime. She is also the one who calms Edmund's temper which is helpful to avoid mistakes made by stronger emotions. Really great duo.
Besides being a mass murderer she is, most of all, a mother and a wife. She likes to keep the mansion clean, but she doesn't need to do this, they're rich, they have service for cleaning and cooking. That gives Loraine enough time to develop her hobbies and explore even more things she like. She learned playing cello and she's proud of it. She's also a fan of tableware and she tries to make her own vases out of clay. She loves crafting and does a lot of stuff with her own hands. Because her hands must ALWAYS do something. Due to living in a poverty she learned how to fix things, she won't throw away anything that can still work. Sometimes she's mad at Edmund for wasting (and other spontainous decisions....) but she forgive him fast, she just needs time to express her emotions and be mad. Fortunately her husband allows her to let it all out without saying that she's a lady and ladies cannot be angry. She loves him so much.

Edmund Walterson
Ah, how much she loves that man. It's really impossible to put it into words. Edmund is her whole world and she appreciate every single thing he does towards her. Loraine helps him with patients in secret. Working together is such a pleasure and killing together brings more thrill in life. He's a dreamed up partner in crime and husband.
Janice Rosebury
She never stood up for her children. She wasn't a victim so she didn't care. She even turns father on to abuse their kids. Janice told Loraine these bullshit about being quiet, pretty housewife and she wanted to turn her daughters into servants for her, their brother and their father. She was Lori's first victim ever, she woke up her blood lust. She still has a bottle with her mother's blood in it. It's her reminder of the revange.

Tyran. The asshole that blamed his family for not succeeded in his worthless life. He was an abuser and didn't hide it even from strangers. Loraine can't forget when he smash the bottle against her face. That's one of the reason her eye is deformed and probably the reason what it turns out to look this bad (she suspect infection or smth). She was very pleased when he became deadly ill. Looking at his weakened body and his slowly dying eyes was, indeed, very satisfying
Marlene Winston
She was so pitiful obedient that Loraine always felt sorry about her. However Marlene was the only person in family she could talk to. Lori mostly took care of her little sister and stood up for her while she was too scared to speak up. Sometimes she misses her, however she thinks it's better for her to be dead. At least she's free and not afraid anymore.
Felix Rosebury
Fucker. He treated her like shit and stole everything from her. She doesn't regret leaving him to die, he deserved it as much as their parents. Felix is her reason to hate patriarchy and men's kind of thinking 'cause when father couldn't rule he took the reins and turned her life into a nightmare just because she wanted to be a little bit more educated and free.
