Calypso is the biological child of Dirk Strider and Caliborn, but soon after her hatching, she was adopted by Roxy, Jane, and Calliope Lalonde. Calypso is aware of her biological parentage, but it doesn't bother her as much- she sees her dad Dirk often, and finds that just fine enough to suit her. Though it is clear to everyone around her that she loves her mothers more.
Calypso is a very kind cherub, and sometimes that kindness is a determent to her. It's all too easy to convince her of something (even if she doesn't truly believe it), all in the pursuit of making others happy. She tends to express her emotions a lot more than someone should, and is easily effected by rather small events.
Despite this, Calypso can be extremely conniving, manipulative, and mean when it comes to her main interest- popular MMO's. She is universally popular on almost every MMO, and notoriously infamous for spreading drama and rumors, just because she wants to. She is a genuinely sweet person, don't get that wrong- but there's something inherently cherubic in the way she loves to pull godawful horrible tricks and drama in her digital spaces. She thinks it's funny.
