Shay Winter

W hile attending University full time, Shay works a generic job at a department store. When working on a cold November night, they encounter a stranger who was lingering in the store late at night. Despite usually staying out of the way of others, not speaking much, and for the most part keeping their thoughts to themself, their curiosity gets the best of them when they realize that they recoginize the customer from television. They ask who she is, and find out that she is Lorraine Lakefel, the public face of Regosa Cavern.

After meeting for the first time, Shay continues to think of Lorraine and Regosa Cavern. Despite having lived just a few minutes away from the cave entrance their whole life, they had only visited it twice during their childhood. Days after their first meeting, Shay goes to visit Regosa once again.
