Signe is apart of a organization called The Protected. They go around protecting people from Kishen but Signe has more of a desk job in The Protected, calling others to where sightings of troubles are happening. It’s very much like DWMA but meisters and weapons who are no longer needing school can go to The Protected for work. They are funded by Lord Death/ Death the Kid as a way to get meisters and weapons some work. Or in Signe’s case, those with huge souls that could be targeted by those out to do harm. She loves her desk job on filing paperwork and this job is how she stays alive.She doesn’t have to run much anymore unless she goes home and then she is often followed by the not so favorable types of people who want her soul.

The frequent huntings of her by meisters and weapons and how close she is to the DWMA started up DTK to be more aware of what was going on and having his non stationed or in the middle of duty Death Scythes to keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn’t get harmed because of her not being on the list to be hunted down but still is due to her soul. She often had Spirit come walk her home due to him being closer in age to her. Spirit didn’t try to put any moves onto her as he was more focused on the job until after doing this many of times and her showing clear signs of wanting to have him stay for a glass of wine or just stay up and talk with him, getting closer each time they talked.

One day she goes to DMWA to check on spirit like he requests and suddenly finds herself the Gym teacher after having tea with Death. What is her life becoming??
