Pseudo-CSS Character [C] HTML

Funny story, I was sitting in my office chair browsing codes when I noticed this funky trick people did with background images. However, it was ONLY used in user codes, not character codes. Unfortunately, I understand why it wasn't, however I tried my best to make it work for your coding pleasure.
This code is VERY high maintanence. If you don't know how to deal with immense coding genius, I would start with a simpler code. Of course, I'm always here to help.
Also I'm not using Pastebin anymore. They're too crazy over there. You'll have to deal with Google Docs now.
