Premier Queen Lumina presides over the Mothership Fleet to which Lilac and Lavender belong. She is sort of a ditzy dragon but has the reliable backup of her kobold wives, Princess Astrid and Princess Peony, who supply her government with genuine smarts and brainless yes-woman hype, respectively.
