Princess Peony is one of the dragon Queen Lumina's loyal kobold wives who provides her slightly airheaded rule with genuine capability. Astrid is Lumina's hype girl and while not particularly smart or strong herself she has a vibrating and energetic personality that makes her perfect for helping push Lumina's policies through to all levels of government, one way or another.
