Tipsywhisk is a blind bartender. He lives in the Burrow colony, and he collects the condensation from exposed pipes in the burrows where his bar is and uses it to make drinks, along with flower nectar, honey, morning dew, and many other ingredients. His best friend is Sunshield the guard.
