ABOUT:

The Electrocuted embodies those who perish from exposure to high amounts of electricity. Their form is constantly pulsing with energy, and they rapidly shift into different sharp angles. They are unable to stay still or quiet for long.

They have a very short attention span, and often dart from place to place without warning. Their voice has an odd, static-like sound to it, and their sentences are often punctuated or interrupted by excited giggles and laughter. 

The Electrocuted is quite friendly with Todd, and as with most they meet, the ghost wants to be his pal immediately. They just want to have a fun time, really.

- The darkened bands on their body pulse along their form, so they can vary in size/position.
