Tempest

Tempest is apart of the very famous Team Virtue! He appears to be a serious, heroic trope of guy but to those who know him personally they know it's actually quite the opposite. He's quite lax and loves to laze around and goof off with his teammate Soma. Soma loves to tease him and mess with him as Tempest isn't the brightest or most cautious Pokemon. They make quite the duo during the days off, much to the annoyance of their other teammate Forrest. 

Despite how lax and easy-going Tempest is, he gets very serious during battles and jobs. 

He has a younger sister named Yancey and a mother named Marisa. Although he doesn't see his family often he does care deeply for them, especially his sister whom he dotes on.

-When Tempest was a Kirlia he was basically an edgy teen and a delinquent (which embarrasses him to think back on now)
