Monarch is a rather reserved cat and lacks the social skills to make new fruends herself. she relays on others to come up to her first, but once she gets to know otger cats better she lets her true sassy blunt yet somewhat charming personality shine through.

Monarch was once a member of field clan, where she was well respected and generally well liked, untill one fateful day two humans found and captured her thinking she was a stray and kept her as a pet for a while. but after they moved monarch escaped. finding herself stranded in a completely unfamiliar area where a mysterious kind cat offered to take ger to their cln leader, that cats name was foxtrot. at first monarch was annoyed at how needlessly kind he was but eventually they became quite good friends. untill ome day, he was killed. distraught t losing who she felt was her onky friend, monarch fell into a deep state of depression where a nasty manipulative cat took advantage of her emotional state. even after leaving him she still was scarred by the relationship and pretends it doesnt bother her.

As a kit, monarch and her sister were abandoned by their mother and keft within field clans territory and their mother was a rogue cat. she had decided that she didnt wnt to let her kits suffer frim her life choices and thatbyhey should have the same opportunities as she did as a young kit. monarchs sister,winter, was albino.
