Design Terms of Use
RULES FOR MY DESIGNS:
• You may change the hairstyle. In some cases, it is encouraged (in the case of cheap recolor/palette adopts)
• You may change colors, but only slightly. The design must remain recognizable.
• You may change the race, gender, age, etc of the design.
• Ask me before reselling, I may want to buy them back.
• You must tag me at least the first time you or someone else draws the adopt. Tagging me any time after is completely optional.
• Do not remove my watermark yourself. If for some reason my watermark is obscuring the ability to color pick when drawing or covering markings, contact me and I will remove it/move it.
• In order of preference, I accept Square, Cashapp, Venmo, and PayPal for cash payments.
• Do NOT complain about my prices.
• Do not try bargaining.
• Do not commission if you’re not sure you’ll have the money to pay for it.
• If I say no, do not insist.
• You’re free to post your commissioned artwork anywhere the website’s TOS allows it as long as I am credited.
• You are not allowed to claim the artwork as yours or remove my watermark. Cropping is okay if credit is given.
• You are not allowed to make any kind of profit from the commissioned drawing. (There are a few exceptions to this, please contact me for more information.)
• If you want your custom(s) to be private, just as me and you’ll be the only one to see the file(s).
