Background
Joy is blind. Joy tends to spend a lot of time outside, hence their loose clothing. They walk barefoot and love nature and animals. The only thing keeping them from totally melding into the outside world is Vertigo.
Powers
They have powers that make everyone around them temporarily have kemonomimi traits, including those who already do so. These generally remain constant for people over time, rather than being arbitrary. Their eyes, eye marks, and jewelry glow when using these powers. (ref)
05 — Relationships
siblings
Joy is Vertigo's sibling. While Vertigo looks more visibly humanoid, Joy is more obviously some sort of elvish creature. Because of this, they are often not seen as related.
Joy is a quiet person, as they tend to spend time only around Vertigo, who is deaf. Joy is protective of Vertigo. People tend to assume that Vertigo acts as "Joy's eyes," but Joy is used to being blind and can find their way around.
