By commissioning me you acknowledge that you've read and agreed to this ToS.

For monetary transactions, I accept PayPal only.

Payment is either 100% up front, or half before starting and half after finishing but before receiving final product, for larger transactions.

No refunds. Please message me about any extenuating circumstances. Note that you will not recieve a full refund if I have started work on the commission.

Wips will be sent at each major stage of the commission. You can ask for progress updates at any time.

You will receive a link to my Trello where you can see the status of your commission.

I reserve the right to use any unused/rejected sketches for art of my choosing.

I reserve the right to use any art I have made for your commission for advertising my commissions, posting on social media, or any other usage. You can ask for credit as the owner/designer of the character.

You must credit me as the artist of the commissioned piece (or adopt/design).

Small/minor changes during the commission are free. Major changes are only allowed at the sketch stage. Note that too many changes may result in further fees. I reserve the right to decide how many changes is too many. (You will be informed.)

Major changes after the sketch phase may result in additional fees.

If you would like the art to be edited after completion, please ask me before doing so. Small edits will likely be free. Larger edits may result in further charges.

If you don't respond to any messages or forms of contact for one month without prior notice, the piece as completed so far will be sent in full quality without any further work being done, with no refunds.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any point, in which case I will provide a refund.

I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason, and I am not required to tell you why.
