    As second in command of Heaven's Order, and the right hand of Leviet, she is well aware of the cult's true nature, and is indeed glad to be of service to it, often carrying out Leviet's dirtier deeds to prevent them from staining his public image. Although she does hold herself in a much higher regard than Leviet in several ways, Ciaran still prefers to let him have the spotlight, enjoying work more depraved, and deprived of the public's eye.
   Despite her high position, Ciaran does not actually believe in Ruaidhri, or any other gods, at all. Quite skeptic at heart, she has witnessed Leviet's miraculous actions hundreds of times, enough to let her unfazed by any new tricks. She already developed a cynic, faithless nature since the Tundaeri Empire's image of god fell out of grace, and seeing how twisted Leviet's cult is in reality has only left her even more pessimistic, though this doesn't repel her away from Heaven's Order. If anything, her greedy, sadistic side is content with the workload she has to deal with.

    She also has an artificial, stone dragon accessory; housing the soul of a dead pet, it now serves as her personal staff. The dragon's wings form a shoulder pauldron, while the tail wraps around fhe forearm; by "unwrapping" itself, it can quickly solidify itself into staff form, becoming a fearsome flamethrower. While she does try to pass it off as divine pyromancy, the staff works without any magic other than the one already animating the artificial.
