Pero: Victor is a very friendly dude, despite the vigorously emo appearance he gives off.  He really likes making people happy, and his favorite pastime is smiling at strangers.  He is quite goofy around his family, especially his brother Vincent.  Many shenanigans ensue when they're together.

Bio: He had a relatively normal childhood.  His family was quite odd, but he didn’t care.  He loved them.  One day, when the quadruplets were about ten, their parents disappeared.  Just vanished.  As of yet, no one has found out what happened.  Most of the younger kids wound up being raised by the older ones due to that, so he was raised by Jonathan, Chica, and Ethan.  Victor had an apartment in his early 20s, but wound up moving in with Vincent.  He works at a movie theater, and hates his job.

Description: A tall, skinny male with pale skin and light blue eyes.  Longish purple hair.  Usually seen in black clothing, most often black skinny jeans and a black shirt with a skull drawing on it.  Known to have lots of piercing holes in his ears,  but doesn't actually have many ear rings in them.  Can be drawn with freckles.
