PERSONALITY
fletcher, to most people, comes off as sarcastic and dry in humour with a chronic smirk. he enjoys teasing others, but not to such a degree that he comes off as obviously impish. he carries a sort of poise that's charming, with a slow sort of walk and mesmorizing physicality that makes him almost angelic despite his hobbies and interests being that of the opposite.
he's extremely patient and good at listening to others, and waits for his turn to speak. he's eloquent even when he only speaks a few words, and is a huge flirt. if he finds you attractive, he will comment on it. he would comment on anything really, as his confidence is so secure he is unafraid to speak his mind and is never usually nervous to speak to others.

the first time he had met adem he was immediately attracted to him. this attraction led to sleeping with eachother, and the complications that followed. because of adem's genuine sincerity and traits that make him a wonder to be around, fletcher couldn't bring himself to pull away from him as he did with other past sexual partners.
in no way are they close, but they certainly interact. these interactions are usually because of their mutual connection to adem, billy being adem's best friend and eventual lover. he's always there to tease billy, sneak up on him and give him a little scare, and give him some advice.
