About
Lila or "Reign" as they're called in the Splasville battlng scene and among friend is a Splatlands native. Born and raised in a rural town not far north of Splatsville, she's tagged along with her sister the "big city" (If you could even call Splatsville the big city) only to be uncerimoniously kicked out... But she's not too made about that after managed to secure a job as a broadcast engineer for the Anarchy Splatcast and a meager closet-sized apartment
Lila's no stranger to the murky depths of the Splatlands' many odd characters either, heving been practically raised by salmonids and being the newest agent 3 New Squidbeak Splatoon.

- Speaks Octarian and Salmonish natively but struggles a with inklish at times
- Their favorite drink at Crab n' Go is the Sub Berry Blaster Blitz
- Despite having worked for the station associated with the Anarachy Splatcast for several months, he'd only met Deep Cut maybe a handful of times prior to becoming involved with the NSS
- Very not okay with Grizz Co. for many reasons:
- A) For one thing, they were raised by Salmonids in a town with many Salmonids and have a Salmonid best friend. Literally couldn't imagine huting a Salmonid in any way and being okay with that...
- B) Mr. Grizz LITERALLY almost destroyed the world and nearly killed them himself. Immensely confused how his company is even still running.
- In Salmonid society, titles are used as opposed to names, though its not uncommon to refer to someone as a shortened version of their title. Reign's full title given to her by her community is Beast that Reigns Over Steep Dunes of Time.
- The name Lila is reserved for use by their sister, Rosy, and his adoptive parents, Cassave and Dogbane. If a stranger or non-close friend referred to her as Lila she'd probably fight them.

- Their tentacles are supposed to be similar to locs but the ends can be optionally tapered

Reign's rockstar of a big sister. The two used to be practiaclly joind at the hip before Rosy expressed the desire to move to Spaltsville to pursue a career in music, however their relationship has been somewhat strained since the two have arrived. With Reign being kicked to the curb after Rosy said they followed her around like a lost sea slug. Reign doesn't want to hate his siter, but he'd be lying if he said he didn't feel resentment.

While Reign burns with a red-hot passion, "Zillionth child of Nerka, Red storm of teeth", or zinny as the little smallfry is called, is a right there to hype her up and get into some trouble of his own. As kids the two would often pass the time getting to mischeif or making up silly contests to challenge one another at. Though they were close before, they're pretty much inseperable since coming to Splatsville.

Dogbane is one of the closest things Lila and Reign had to a parent growing up. While the whole town was kinda their parents, Dogbane went above and beyond for the young orphaned Octolings, teaching Reign everything she knows about technology.

Cassava is the first thing Reign thinks of when she imagines a comforting prescense. Cassava was always there for her and her sister throughout childhood and she misses him dearly while in Splatsville. They try to send him a letter every once in a while, though its not the same as feeling one of Cassava's signatuare comforting hugs in person.

TableturfOn the battlefeild Reign is a splat hungry menace that loves getting up close and personal with enemies. He's got a one-track mind and will almost always go for the kill, even if its an objectively bad idea that'll put them in a worse situation. Despite their one true love being blasters, he sturggles to maintain spacing, always fighting the urge to run in blindly. As a result of his impulsivity, he doesn't work with others well.
