HE DOESN'T EXIST. Stop asking us about a person that has never existed.
Or that's what the Council of Heaven would prefer you to believe. Diaxen is the one person keeping the Council of Heaven ruling; they present themselves as the best option for rulers and by keeping so many disasters at bay, they keep the public believing that it's divine favor that's keeping them in rule. In reality, a sickly young boy is telling them everything, problem and solution. And what does he get in return? He's locked up and is kept as Heaven's greatest secret; word of his existence is kept utmost secret. Only his parents, the Council of Heaven, and the staff employed by the Council know of his existence.
But enough of that, what's his personality like? He's noted to be kindhearted and mature from the staff that's employed to work with him, but he can instantly switch from being mature to being extremely immature and childish... and in that state he can be extremely dangerous as he lashes out in anger.

Despite being sealed away from the rest of the universe and not speaking to anyone for so long, Diaxen's still extremely kindhearted and gentle... usually. He's also quite energetic (being kept in a few rooms for a long time'll probably do that to you) but despite that he's noted for being able to stay calm... usually. Same goes for his maturity, he's usually able to stay mature in his actions. He's also actually quite introspective and intelligent despite seeming so energetic and cheerful and he's also able to be patient. He's also determined and loyal... albeit very selectively.
...however, Diaxen hates being alone. It's his absolute worst fear. He's also extremely unpredictable, and he can instantly switch from being mature to being childish with absolutely no warnings; when in that state, he's actually very dangerous because he often lashes out in anger in that state. Despite that... Diaxen's actually extremely melancholic and overemotional, and he's guilty of bottling up his feelings until he reaches his breaking point. He also becomes very anxious easily, especially when left alone, and in general he can be described as aimless; "What do I do...?" and variants of it are extremely common thoughts of his. He also has horrible self esteem as well.

Nobody knew what kind of hell Diaxen was going to be born in. Not even his parents.
His parents, a god and an archangel, loved each other very much and decided to create a child by fusing their magic together; they were extremely happy when Diaxen was born to them, and they did everything they could to make life happy for their child. However, the poor child often got sick and was bedridden for most, if not all, his childhood; nobody knew what ailed the child, but at the time the main suspect was too much or too little magic being put into him. Albeit, some suspected he had an extremely rare illness; the reason why remains unknown for this day and will most likely never be solved.
But that aside, he started getting extremely powerful yet painful prophetic visions in his sleep. The visions then went on to leak into his waking life and at first he dismissed it as delirium due to how he was so sickly and such; he told his parents however, and somehow word managed to travel to the Council of Heaven. The Council's leader told his parents that while they'd keep Diaxen, they'd heal him and return him to his parents after he was completely healed; his parents hesitated, but agreed. They really loved him... they really did. They'd miss him, but they always thought that their little son would come back.

No, not because he was killed. In fact, while a cure was indeed being developed, that was mainly to keep him alive in case of his condition really was fatal. However, Diaxen was locked in a room that was hidden away from nearly everyone and had medical staff attend to him, on the Council's orders. While they were indeed working on a cure, they were mostly there to keep track of his visions and a cure was second interest, at the very most. His parents often snuck into his prison and visited him, but the Council's leader lied that his illness was dangerous and contagious and that he was a dangerous problem child with no remorse. That was not true at all. Eventually the lies morphed into him being a real person yet dead, and then it morphed into him not being a real person at all.
Slowly, everyone that used to know him forgot about him... everyone except his parents. Due to having extremely minimal interpersonal contact, he started... changing. His behavior slowly became more erratic and unpredictable. He's still there, he's still sane. He desperately wants to escape and live with his parents, but he doesn't even know where to begin. He doesn't even know whether it's possible.
It is. He just doesn't know it yet.
Powers
Prophetic Visions
Diaxen has extremely powerful prophetic visions that appear to him in his sleep and occasionally when he's awake; they're extremely painful however and he can't break out of a vision when he's having one. They're also known for being extremely accurate down to the last details... but fate can be broken in this universe.

Diaxen loves his parents very much and misses them dearly; the feelings are mutual and his parents often sneak in and try to visit him when they can. The only reason why they agreed to giving him to the Council of Heaven was that they sincerely believed that their son could have a better life after they cured him; Diaxen often writes letters to them. He knows that he'll never be able to send the letters, but it takes off the pain of lonliness, even for a bit. That's all that matters. He just wants to see them again and live with them again as a happy family...
The Council of Heaven in general

Diaxen hates the Council of Heaven. He has sometimes considered sabotaging them by giving them false prophecies, but he hasn't done so because he thinks that if he did lie, he'd get executed for his actions. But that aside, he hates them for keeping him captive and for saying that he doesn't exist. Of course, he does know that there are some good members on the Council, but in general he hates the Council. It's rumored among those that know him that he's starting to develop contempt for the gods because of the Council's actions towards him; it's not true, but some people still believe in it...
