Taking things personally is just not their thing, it's quite the opposite. The way they see things, nothing's a big deal, they'll get over the bridge when they get there and things will get sorted out in its own time. If they were to fall, they'll simply shrug it off and keep moving forward.

It's part because of their serene state of mind, able to process things as they happen with a sound mind and decide accordingly with what information they know.

They take notice of anything strange or odd, or just naturally keep attention to the way others talk and act to determine the kind of people they'd be. Whatever they noticed is something they'd keep in mind to themselves, not having much use of it than that immediate moment, really, whether to avoid people that seems to be in a bad temperament or looking for trouble.

They're just a funny guy! Smart as they are and as much as they know, they'd rather pepper in funny words and jokes than use big words to seem smart. Anything they say and do has funny points somewhere in it. They'd prefer getting laugh points than come off as a snotty one-uppy prick, y'know?

If there's trouble in relation to someone they know, they wouldn't think twice to help, even if it means putting themselves in danger as well. If they see there's a chance to help them get out of it, they consider that worth it enough. If they do get injured, well... as long as they're alive, 'tis but a scratch!

However, on the flip side? They would rather get their own troubles dealt with on their own without relying on anyone. For whatever reason, they much prefer sorting things out without a helping hand- even if they may need it. But no, don't worry, they got this!

From the way they behave, it's easy to get the impression that they take everything as a joke, discounting your feelings on the matter, or they're not taking you seriously when you talk to them. Even if unintentional, it is something that could build an emotional gap between them and other people who don't understand that's just how they roll.

They're not a gossip spreader, but they sure like hearing the tea about other people! Whether by butting into a conversation or eavesdropping through the walls, they like knowing what insights and impressions they could get of other tenants around them.

Impartial decisions who? When it comes to options that involve people, especially people they're fond of, they'd absolutely be in favor of those people they're fond of, the greater good be damned.
