Backstory

Lidia Wieczorek was born on January 28th as the second and last child of Karol and Marzena Wieczorek, she has older brother Tomek. Her paternal side of family lives in the Giszowiec estate, while her mother is a native Nikiszowian. She lives with her family on Czechowa street.
As a kid, Lidzia was shy and hardly played with other kids from the kindergarten; yet she always had a friend Oliwia, who lived in the same familok as her. She mostly spent time drawing or painting, as well as reading and writing her own stories when she got older. Despite her shyness, Lidzia didn’t had any problems when growing up or during elementary school years.
Her grades were average, she wasn’t really good with general science, but Lidzia often participated in various school contests – mainly involving arts or reading. During one of these she met Kasia Antosik, who went to the same school as Lidzia.
Around 7th grade she decided to work on her self-confidence and charisma, because she felt a bit alienated. Lidzia didn’t want a million of friends, just to be braver and talk to someone without acting awkward. Her behavior around others still is somewhat cumbrous at times, but she tries to be open and friendly; she has a good relationship with her classmates at high school. Even if Oliwia went to another school, they’re in contact and often hang around when they aren’t busy.

Currently, Lidzia would like to be an Nikiszowiec tour guide. At the age of 14 they met Francik Sojka, another resident of Nikiszowiec, during Odpust u Babci Anny – a fair held every year in July. Despite different personalities, they became friends and often text each other or meet on one of the yards in their estate. They share interests, such as history of exploring Nikiszowiec in different ways.
When they were 15 years old, Lidzia started dating Kasia Antosik. Kasia helped them get more confident in 7th grade.
At the age of 16, together with Francik, they found a clue leading to the mythical “Zillmann’s treasure” during one of the tours around Nikiszowiec. The first clue was a horizontally flipped hammer and pick, the symbol of coal mining, on one of the buildings. Along the way, they met a ghost by the name Siegfried Degen, who was murdered in Katowice in 1933, and (at least according to him) is linked to the Zillmann’s treasure.
