Shawn Becker

Shawn was born into a strict family. They had high views on how their son should live, and forced him to be a certain way. In his teen years, he was quite rude and distant from other people. Not many people wanted to be his friend, and he preferred it that way. His view was that if people distracted him, he'd disappoint his parents. He put his parents on a high pedestal that probably was unhealthy. It later hurts him. 

When Spike enters his life, since both of their parents were colleagues, Shawn was rude and annoyed with his presence. Spike saw this as a challenge to get closer to the boy, and close did he get. The two eventually started dating in private. The fox boy, Spike, was one of the few people who made Shawn feel alive and whole. Though, the two had to keep it a secret, or else they'd be disowned. Despite their secret nature, the parents soon found out. 

The families disowned Shawn and Spike, leaving them to have to live with Amber, who was a good friend to Spike previously. Shawn had a lot to get through, as the two people who he revolved his entire life around were no longer in his life. Once he gets through those things, he finds a family in Amber and Spike. His feelings start to grow for Amber as well, which soon leads to the three dating. Amber is hesitant, but she soon accepts the two misfits into her life romantically. 

Shawn's family never come back into his life. He is left with nothing from them, but he makes the best of it. He plans on starting his own business and using it to help LGBTQIA+ kids who are disowned just like him.
