you may use this base for adopts, designs, and art of your characters. 

any adopts or designs made on this base have a base worth of $15 the price of the base). extra worth will be up to the designer and based on the quality of the design.

you may not do doll commissions with this base (e.g. selling art of others characters filled into this base as a commission.) however you are more than welcome to draw your or others characters FOR NO PROFIT on this base.
