Paramirum (Antiphates)

After learning the basics, being homeschooled by Laistrygon and attending medical school, Paramirum became a proficient surgeon and changed their name to Antiphates as a symbol of maturing to adulthood. Unfortunately, to Laistrygon's dismay, they much prefer helping humans with their medical ailments and not just working for him exclusively. Unlike Laistrygon and Marquis Snapdragon, Antiphates isn't as inclined to eat humans.

Much of their health issues seem to stem from growing redundant organs that drain a lot of energy and resources to maintain, which they sell or donate upon extraction. They keep inventory of what they have in case a patient needs an organ transplant. What's strange is that the patients' bodies don't seem to reject Antiphates's organs, which may often be the case with donated organs.

Antiphates employs methods far ahead of their time thanks to what they learned from Laistrygon and his vast libraries. These techniques and tools are almost so advanced that some detractors would consider them witchcraft.

In personality, Antiphates is very kind-hearted. They like helping people and are very fond of them in general, it's also very difficult to make them mad, they seem endlessly patient despite their anxieties of being perceived as a human. At one point they meet a young woman named Madeleine, a nurse with extensive medical knowledge, and the two fall in love.
